Nothing is more delicious than making heart-shape cookies! On this week pre-Valentine, we are inviting you to say “the hello with the diet” and share a sweet moment with the love of your life. And, you know, he will surely not see your small love handles!

A Heart-y start

Why settle for ordinary eggs and toast when you can show your love with this extraordinary version? Using a 3-knch heart-shaped cookie cutter, remove the center of a thick slice of bread, and toast it. Melt 1 ½ teaspoons butter in a small skiller over medium heat. Place bread slice in skillet, and cook until underside is lightly browned. Add another 1 ½ teaspoons butter, and flip bread. Fit cookie cutter, coated with cooking spray, in bread’ cutout heart, and crack an egg into cutter. Cover skillet, and cook until egg is set, 2 to 3 minutes. Use tongs to remove cutter. Bon appetit lovebirds!

Small suggestion from my art director’s desk on this week pre-Valentine’s Day: show your cherished photos or nicest Notes and Photos cards with putting them on display on a wall in a shape of a heart. It is an original way to show your loving documents!
