Tightly knit

When it is cold out there, nothing is better to me than sitting near the fireplace, writing a nice Notes and Photos notecard and have a knitting project going on. Every time I see a knitting kit, I can only think of one person: my grandmother. She was an avid knitter.
She is no longer with us but I remember days where she was knitting while I was sketching or writing. Those were some good old days!
